Shipping zones We currently ship across Canada and USA. For orders outside theses zones, please contact us at contact@wanimarket.com before placing your order to confirm availability and applicable fees.

Processing time Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of confirmation. During periods of high demand (launches, holidays), this timeline may be slightly longer; we will let you know on the site or by email if that's the case.

Delivery time Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Local pickup If you're in the Orléans-Ottawa-Gatineau area, you can choose in-person pickup, free of charge. You'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

Lost or damaged packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected shipping date at contact@wanimarket.ca so we can file a claim with the carrier and offer you a resolution.

Delivery address You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at checkout. Wani Market is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address.
