At Wani Market, we want every purchase to bring you satisfaction. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, here's how we handle returns depending on the product category.

Artisanal clothing, jewelry, and accessories These items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Food and hair care products For hygiene and food safety reasons, food items and hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged once received, unless the item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect. In that case, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item, and we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no charge.

Artwork Original artworks (including the Tendre Enfance series) are one-of-a-kind pieces sold as presented and are not eligible for return, except in the case of damage during shipping. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the packaging and the artwork.

Damaged items or order errors If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@wanimarket.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, your choice, at no additional cost.

How to request a return Email us at contact@wanimarket.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
